Juan Villagomez, a manager at Falco’s Pizza who was struck and killed in a hit-and-run in Bridgeview on March 25, died March 29, 2026. He was 56.
He is survived by his wife, Claudia; two children, Alexxia Berber and Ramon Berber Jr.; his mother, Epifania Villagomez; four siblings: Francisco, Maria Guadalupe, Rosa Maria, Elizabeth and William Villagomez; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Villagomez worked as a manager at Falco’s Pizza on Archer and California for more than nine years. He was known for his calm demeanor and generous spirit.
Outside of work, Mr. Villagomez was an accomplished softball player. He pitched for three teams: The Bad Apples, the Furies and Guys and Dolls. He also enjoyed golfing.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 9, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave., Chicago.
Additional visitation will be held Saturday, April 11, from 8:30 a.m. until prayers begin at 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home. A funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Richard Church.
Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
