Patricia “Pat” Czerniak-Grimm, a Bridgeview resident known for her dedication to family and customer service work, died March 24, 2026. She was 78.
She is survived by her two daughters, Denise Miller and Donna Quinlan; four grandchildren: Heather, Sami, Danny and Justin; and numerous cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Valeria Czerniak, and her sister Margaret Czerniak.
Ms. Czerniak-Grimm was born June 11, 1947, in Chicago. Throughout her career, she was recognized for her commitment to customer service and her ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. She was a lifelong Disney enthusiast and enjoyed sharing that passion with her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 27, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Ave., Justice, Illinois.
A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, March 28, at 11:30 a.m. at Saint Fabian Church, 7450 W. 83rd St., Bridgeview, Illinois. Prayers and a procession will begin at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m.
Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, Illinois.
