On February 1, Victor Rojas, 51, of Manteno, was issued citations after a traffic stop for a registration violation. Upon running the listed subject, it was learned he had no valid driver’s license. Rojas was issued citations and a notice-to-appear.
On February 3, Veronica Ramirez, 33, of Kankakee, was issued citations after a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Upon running the listed subject, it was learned she had no valid driver’s license. Ramirez was issued citations and a notice-to-appear.

On February 2, at 1:13 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Luis Jose Castro Carrero, 34, of Saint Cloud, Florida. He was charged with being overweight on registration and driving without a valid CDL, then was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On February 3, at 9:41 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Javyon George-Boatman, 31, from Monee. George-Boatman was charged with operating a vehicle with improper lighting and driving while his license is suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On February 5, at 3:52 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Brittany Younger, 31, from Robins. Younger was charged with speeding over posted limit and driving while her license is suspended. She was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On February 5, at 4:39 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Vitalino Santos-Chilel, 44, from Chicago. Santos-Chilel was charged with operating a vehicle with suspended plates, no valid insurance, and driving while his license is suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On February 5, at 10:19 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Abdou Marone, 47, from Chicago. Marone was charged with violating minimum speed regulations and no valid driver’s license or permit. He was subsequently given a notice-to-appear.
