Elaine M. Olszewski (née Mrozek) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, in Panama City, Florida. She was the beloved wife of the late Ronald Olszewski.
Elaine was a loving mother to Michael (Kellie), Gary (Renee), and Richard Olszewski, and a cherished grandmother to Stephanie (Daniel) Russell, Alex Parker, Alexandra (Vasil) Casillev, and the late Elyssa Olszewski. She was also a devoted great-grandmother to Sebastian, Evelyn Vasillev, and Maeve Russell.
Elaine is fondly remembered as a sister to Geraldine (the late John) Zielinski, Richard (Carol) Mrozek, and the late John (Linda) Mrozek. She was the sister-in-law of the late Georgene (Peter) Pribyl and the late Estelle (James) Pogwizd, and a dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th Street just west of Harlem). Visitation continues on Monday, February 16, from 9:30 AM until the time of Prayers at 10:45 AM. A procession will follow to St. Faustina Kowalska Parish for an 11:30 AM Mass. Elaine will be entombed at Resurrection Cemetery next to her beloved husband.
Elaine’s love, warmth, and devotion to her family will be remembered by all who knew her.
