We celebrate the life of Patricia “Pat” Pietraszek, longtime resident of Summit, Illinois, who graced this earth for 85 years and passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Pat was the beloved wife of the late Andrew Pietraszek and, for many years, the cherished life partner of Richard Paulson. Loving mother of Tami (Scott) Musillami. Cherished grandmother of Ryan (Kelly) Musillami and Megan (Mike) Cottone. Treasured great-grandmother of A.J., Chloe, and Quinn.
She was the devoted sister of Carol (Edward) Stine, the late Tom Koziol, the late Diane Koziol, the late Jackie (Den) Hodelka, Deb (Gerald) Huddleston, and Penny (Bill) Kelly. Beloved daughter of the late Marie Proffitt and the late Jack Koziol. Pat will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews: Lynn, Ed, Dan, Jim, Paul, Keli, and Bob.
A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:30 p.m., with Pastor Don Borling officiating.
Pat will be remembered for her warm heart, her devotion to family, and the many lives she touched through her kindness.
