On January 8, at 9:55 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Cesar A. Guavara, 25, of Monee. Guavara was charged with speeding 30-35 mph over the posted limit. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.

On January 13, at 6:21 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Charles Bingham, 50, from Hammond, Indiana. Bingham was charged with improper lighting, no valid insurance, and driving while his license is suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.

On January 14, at 3:35 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Alan Myricks, 44, of Park Forest. Myricks was charged with operating a vehicle with suspended registration, no valid insurance, and driving while his license is suspended. During the traffic arrest officers learned he had a warrant out of Kankakee. However, he was able to provide the required cash bond and was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.

On January 19, at 4:33 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Jermaine Johnson, 54, of Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Johnson was charged with speeding over posted limit and driving while his license is revoked. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.

Remember: All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
