Police responding to a call of a customer dispute Dec. 24 said they found Anne Paris (no age given) being loud and yelling at other patrons inside the Red Robin restaurant, 155th Street and LaGrange Avenue.
Paris, of the 9100 block of Pepperwood Trail, Orland Park, told police the argument began after she asked another patron to move their jacket from the bench next to her and they refused. She then told police that the patron threw a glass of water at her.
Police informed Paris that the business wanted her to leave. Paris said she would leave when she was ready and requested an incident number, which police provided.
Police said she continued to remain seated and began writing down the officers’ names, the date, time and location of the incident. She then told police she would not pay for her meal.
Paris was charged with criminal trespass to land, resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct after police said she was loud and yelling at other patrons. Police said Paris had been served one margarita.
