Kevin Martinez Aragon, 32, of the 15800 block of 71st Court, Oak Forest, was charged December 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol and having a breath alcohol content of .08 or higher after police said he was involved in a crash December 10 in the 15800 block of 71st Court.
Police said he was additionally charged with failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions and driving without insurance after he struck a curb and was stuck in a snowbank. Police said his vehicle knocked down a light pole and stop sign.
Police said Aragon was confused and didn’t know what had happened. Aragon had a few cuts on his arm but refused medical attention, police said.
Aragon told police he met his wife at a local restaurant for dinner where he had three drinks “that contained tequila.”
