Brianna Kokenes, 22, of the 8600 block of West 170th Street, Orland Park, was charged November 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal lane usage, unlawful stopping, use of unsafe tires and driving under the influence of drugs after police said she was stopped near 82nd Avenue and Enysford Drive.
Police said Kokenes was driving eastbound in the westbound lane near 135th Street around 11 p.m. with a blown out front tire Witnesses told police she nearly caused several accidents.
Kokenes reportedly told police she was “just trying to get home but my car wasn’t driving right.” Police said they smelled alcohol on her breath and asked her if she knew where she was going.
She reportedly told police “Um, like Orland.”
