Maria was the beloved wife of the late Kazimierz Oczachowski and the loving mother of Rafal (Dorota) Oczachowski, Maciej (Katarzyna) Oczachowski, Eric (Elzbieta) Oczachowski, Joanna (George) Campos, Mariola (Allen) Medina, and Maximilian (Alesha) Oczachowski. She was the dearest grandmother of Christopher, Caroline, Tristan, Nathan, Sierra, Olivia, Benjamin, and Jacqueline.
Born to the late Pelagia Hartwich, Maria was the cherished sister of Lucyna Przeszak. She is also remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends. Her warmth, strength, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, beginning with 9 a.m. prayers and a procession from the funeral home to Saint Fabian Church, 7450 W. 83rd Street, Bridgeview, Illinois, for a 10 a.m. Mass.
Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, Illinois.
