On November 13, at 12:34 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Ramon Manacada, 67, of Naperville. Manacada was charged with felony driving while his license is revoked, overweight for registration type, and no valid insurance. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear
On November 13, at 5:17 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Rayqwin Kerr, 27, from Chicago. Kerr was charged with driving while his license is suspended and driving with a suspended registration for non-insurance. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On November 17, at 3:12 a.m., a truck traffic enforcement stop led to the arrest of Jamall Patrick, 26, from Calumet Park. Patrick was charged with driving while his license is suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On November 22, at 5:03 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Rodolfo Tobias, 45, from Laredo, Texas. Tobias was charged with no valid registration and driving while his license is suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
