Pauline V. Adelman, formerly of Chicago’s Garfield Ridge community and later of Oak Lawn, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 24, 2025, with her family by her side. She was the loving mother of Robert Adelman and Paulette Adelman and the proud grandmother of Amber Adelman and Aaron Adelman.
Pauline was the dear sister of Leonard Wierzgac and a fond aunt to Sarah and Lenny. She will also be remembered by her many cousins, family members, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Maryann.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 28, 2025, from 9 a.m. until the time of the Celebration of Life service at 1 p.m. A procession will follow from the funeral home to Resurrection Cemetery, where Pauline will be laid to rest.
