Tadeusz Kowalczyk, age 72, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Agnieszka Kowalczyk, and his beloved children, Krzysztof Kowalczyk, Krystyna (Mark) Vranicar, and Karol Kowalczyk. Tadeusz was a proud and doting grandfather to Liam and Dylan Vranicar, who brought immense joy and pride to his life.
Tadeusz was preceded in death by his cherished parents, Agnieszka and Jozef Kowalczyk. He is lovingly remembered by his brother, Karol (Władysława) Kowalczyk, and his sister, Władysława Ustupski. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Visitation: Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.
Funeral: Friday, November 7, 2025, beginning with 8:15 a.m. prayers and procession from the funeral home to Saint Albert the Great Church, 8029 S. Central Avenue, Burbank, Illinois, for a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial.
Interment: Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, Illinois.
