On October 17, at 8:36 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Jayden Preston, 18, from Monee. Preston was charged with improper lighting and driving while his license was suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On October 22, at 2:26 a.m., a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle leaving the parking lot of the BP Amoco led to the custody of Shawnee Hibler, 49, from Champaign. Hibler was detained on an active warrant for failure-to-appear out of Clay County in Louisville. She was able to pay the bond amount and was subsequently released without incident.
On October 23, at 6:38 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Frank Golick, 37, of Orland Park. During the stop, officers recovered guns and narcotics from the vehicle. Golick was charged with driving while his license was suspended, operating a vehicle with suspended registration, no valid insurance, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and possession of a controlled substance. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On October 26, at 6:28 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Kiera Williams, 26, of Park Forest. Williams was charged with speeding over the posted limit and driving while her license was suspended. She was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On October 29, at 2:06 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Myles McDade, 19, from Lansing. McDade was charged with driving while his license was suspended and no valid insurance. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
