On October 14, Roy Santiago-Jimenez, 41, of Beecher, was stopped for having tinted windows and found to have no valid driver’s license. After being arrested and processed, he was charged with both offenses, as well as having no insurance. He was released on a notice-to-appear.

On October 19, Megan Negoski, 47, of Joliet, was stopped for speeding and found to have a suspended driver’s license. She was charged with both offenses, as well as having no insurance. She was released on a notice-to-appear.
