On September 23, Amber Von Alven, 43, of Manteno, was stopped for holding a cell phone in her hand and found to have a suspended driver’s license. She was issued citations for both offenses and released on a notice-to-appear.
On September 28, Joshua Luster, 25, of Steger, was stopped for failure to signal when required and found to have a suspended driver’s license and two outstanding arrest warrants from the ISP and Will County. Mr. Luster was issued citations for the signal violation and having a suspended driver’s license, issued a notice to appear, and transported to the Will County Adult Detention facility for the two warrants.
