Andrew Chan, 42, died Sept. 12, 2025.
He was the son of Moonyeen (Reyes) and Alfredo Chan and is survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Ave., Justice.
Prayers will be said at 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, at the funeral home, followed by a procession to Sacred Heart Church, 8245 W. 111th St., Palos Hills, for a 10 a.m. Mass. Cremation rites will be accorded.
