Noodles & Company in Orland Park closed on Tuesday, Sept. 2, according to a sign at the front counter.
The store at 14662 S. LaGrange Road had been open for several years.
The location appears to be one of at least 28 company-owned restaurants the chain said would be closing by the end of this year as part of a portfolio optimization strategy.
