As the “Dog Days” of summer come to a close, the Chicago Fire FC will host the New England Revolution in a match where fans can bring their canine companions.
The game is one of a number of themed events held throughout the season.
The Fire takes on the Revolution in a game that begins at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6, at SeatGeek Stadium, 7000 S. Harlem Ave., Bridgeview.
Tickets are $30 for dog owners and $15 for their canine companions.
Some key points for the “Dog Days” event include: Dogs will require a special ticket that comes with a Sparky dog bandana. There are no walk-up dog tickets on the day of the event.
- Dogs can enter through Gate A only!
- Bring proof of vaccinations, and keep your dog on a leash for the entirety of the game.
- The “Doggie Zone” seating is in Sections 101 and 102.
- There is a designated pet relief station outside of the stadium behind sections 101 and 102. There will also be water for dogs in this area.
- DoodyCalls will manage the pet relief station, and will be doing a free to enter giveaway at their table.
