James M. Flanagan Jr., age 76, a U.S. Army veteran, passed away peacefully.
He was the beloved husband of Danuta “Donna” (née Palasiewicz), the dear brother of the late Marianne Flanagan, and a cherished brother-in-law and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held Monday, April 14, 2025, from 8:30 to 10:45 a.m. at Richard Midway Funeral Home, 5749 Archer Ave., Chicago. Funeral prayers followed, with a procession to St. Daniel the Prophet Church for an 11:30 a.m. Mass. James was entombed at Resurrection Cemetery.
