Seasons 52 Managing Partner Sherard Holland said he and his staff are happy to be able to serve customers in the new Orland Park restaurant.

Seasons 52 Fresh Grill and Wine Bar opened a new restaurant in Orland Park in early November, just in time for Thanksgiving. The restaurant, located at 15610 S. LaGrange Rd., is preparing to serve feasts for customers dining in or taking meals home.

Thanksgiving is the eatery’s second busiest holiday after Mother’s Day, and its staff is gearing up to prepare feasts for the occasion. Before a Nov. 4 ribbon-cutting ceremony, Managing Partner Sherard Holland, an Orland Park resident, discussed the restaurant’s holiday plans.

“We enjoy being able to take the work off the guest,” Holland said. “You don’t have to worry about going to the stores. The preparation. The food. The cleanup. We take that off of them and provide a very nice turkey dinner with gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans…anything you would expect. We finish off the experience with a pumpkin pie indulgence.

“It’s a perfect Thanksgiving Day experience.”

Guests dining in can enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner priced at $44 for adults and $18 for children. For those celebrating at home, the Thanksgiving Green Box includes turkey, all the in-restaurant fixings, salad, and six pumpkin pie mini-indulgence desserts for $230. Boxes serve four to six people and are available for pickup on Nov. 27. Pre-orders and Thanksgiving Day reservations can be made at Seasons52.com.

The location, which previously housed Chuy’s Tex-Mex, aims to offer meals that balance flavor and health-conscious dining. The menu highlights oak-fire grilling and brick-oven roasting, creating dishes that are flavorful yet naturally light, all under 595 calories. Menu items are crafted using fresh, never frozen, whole produce, as well as thoughtfully sourced meats and pristine seafood, according to restaurant officials.

“What I’m really passionate about is that we are able to provide a very flavorful dish that is under 595 calories without compromising the flavor of that dish,” Holland said. “If I put that dish in front of a guest and didn’t tell them that it was under 595 calories, they would have no idea. That to me is extremely important.

“Today, we are a lot more health conscious.”

Signature dishes include cedar plank-roasted salmon, caramelized grilled sea scallops, wood-grilled filet mignon, and an assortment of flatbreads. For dessert, Seasons 52 offers its signature Mini-Indulgences served in miniature glasses, with options like key lime pie and raspberry chocolate chip cannoli.

Holland, who has been with the company for 13 years, previously managed the restaurant’s Oak Brook location. He emphasized the restaurant’s commitment to hospitality.

“I love the fact that we put hospitality first,” he said. “We are able to provide a service that is elevated and personalized for the guest experience versus just serving the food.

“We have the ability to go above and beyond for the guest and make sure we are elevating every opportunity that we have with our interaction with them.”
