The Spring Showcase: Garden and Arts Festival, a fun event for the entire family, was held on Sunday, May 5, at the Square in Downtown Manteno, much to the delight of the community. This first ever Spring Showcase was created to enable the community to come together and enjoy the beauty of spring and the arts, while shopping and supporting local artists and businesses.
The Showcase started behind Copeland’s Bar and Grill and spanned the alleyways of First Street, with vendors offering a wide range of products and services, including handmade crafts and goods, artwork/photography, jewelry and accessories, clothing and fashion items, home décor and furnishings, health and wellness products, plus indoor and outdoor plants. There was something for everyone on a beautiful spring day!
