The Panthers started off a little slow on Thursday, April 11, against the Wilmington Wildcats, but Gabby Monterastelli broke it open with a triple. Coach Carlile was very pleased with the approach his team made at the plate, with eight starters getting at least one hit, and five girls getting multiple hits, in the 7-3 win.

On the day, Alyssa Singleton was 2-3, Macy Iwanus went 2-4, and Ava Peterson was 2-4, with each of the ladies adding 1 RBI to the tally. On the mound, Peterson had 6 strikeouts and gave up 3 walks, taking the win. The Panthers, with 13 hits in the game, improved their record to 14-0 overall and 5-0 in the conference.
