Rhiannan Cesare, 41, of Peotone, was arrested on February 13, at 8:16 p.m., for aggravated traffic – speeding 71-mph in a 40-mph zone and expired registration. Cesare was released on bond pending a court appearance.
Cordell McNeil, 34, of Grant Park, was arrested on February 13, at 11:17 p.m., for driving while license is revoked, no insurance, and an equipment violation. McNeil was released on bond pending a court appearance.
Dustin Shipanik, 42, of Peotone, was arrested on February 16, at 12:14 a.m., for domestic battery. Shipanik was taken into custody and transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
