Norma J. Dion, 88, of Bradley, passed away Monday, January 16, 2023, at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee. Born May 24, 1934, in Kankakee, she was the daughter of Francis and Genevieve (Lamie) Coyne. Norma married Ronald P. Tetrault in 1957. He preceded her in death in 1973. On November 20, 1976, Norma married David L. Dion.
Norma was a member of the CCW, a former parishioner of St. Martin of Tours, and a current parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley. A homemaker and wonderful mom, grandma, and great-grandma, she enjoyed traveling on many vacations with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed several cruise vacations with her husband.
Surviving are her husband, David L. Dion of Bradley; son, Scott Tetrault of Bradley; daughters, Tina Corum of Bradley and Cindy Curtis of Limestone; grandchildren, Staphanie Corum, Odgen Curtis, Andrew (Melissa) Curtis, Wesley (Lauren) Curtis, and Codie (Madi) Curtis; great-grandchildren, Oliver Curtis, Everett Curtis, Jace Curtis, Eliza Curtis, Winter Curtis, and Henry Curtis; two nieces, Diana (Nick) Regas and Cathy (Tim) Lane; nephews, Ike Sutherland, Jason Coyne, and David Coyne; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her first husband, Ronald P. “Puff” Tetrault, Norma was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Molly Curtis; sister, Bernice Haseman; and brother, David Coyne.
Funeral services were held on January 20, at Schreffler Funeral Home in Kankakee, with interment following at All Saints Cemetery in Bourbonnais.
